  • Software Engineer

    Dec 2025 - Present
    Applied AI & Real-Time Data Systems
    • Architected and developed "Specta", a real-time sports intelligence platform spanning live data ingestion, backend services, analytics pipelines, and user-facing product systems.
    • Designed and operated high-throughput data pipelines that ingest, validate, and serve live data from major sports APIs and prediction markets, powering real-time analytics across the NBA, NCAA, MLB, and EPL.
    • Drove end-to-end system architecture and implementation across backend services, data modeling, and deployment, executing new features from concept through production.
    Applied AI & Payment Systems
    • Architected and developed "Dossier," a high-performance Research-as-a-Service API built with TypeScript, Bun, and Hono to generate cited, verifiable intelligence.
    • Leveraged the Google Gemini 3.1 Pro model with search tools (Google Search and URL Context) to enable clients (e.g. AI agents) to programmatically execute and consume complex web research workflows.
    • Integrated the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) for coordinating USDC payments in exchange for Dossier API usage.
    Autonomous Systems
    • Set up a simulated drone flight environment using PX4 SITL, QGroundControl, and jMAVSim.
    • Built a Python-based controller for local drone simulation, including command transmission and telemetry handling over MAVLink.

Ritual Foundation

  • Ecosystem Engineer

    Apr 2025 - Oct 2025
    • Built end-to-end TypeScript and Python prototype applications demonstrating practical uses of confidential computing and verifiable AI primitives offered by the Ritual blockchain.
    • Developed a provably private price-prediction application and designed its novel trusted execution environment (TEE) ephemeral key recovery mechanism using ECIES encryption, time-lock puzzles, and smart contract storage.
    • Authored technical specs, built reference application implementations, and partnered directly with external teams to architect and develop full-stack applications.

Independent

  • Software Engineer

    Feb 2023 - Apr 2025
    • Identified and helped remediate a critical vulnerability in a financial protocol securing over $1B+ in assets, resulting in a $100,000 bug bounty.
    • Designed and deployed audited financial applications, brrETH and minerETH, for programmatically compounding and routing underlying asset yield in a novel manner.
    • Built and open-sourced WERC721, an ERC-721 wrapper protocol that reduced transfer fees by up to ~90% through batching and low-level optimization.

Dinero DAO

  • Founding Software Engineer, Smart Contract Lead

    Jan 2022 - Feb 2023
    • Led smart contract architecture and development across security-sensitive financial protocols, third-party integrations, incentive design, and systems security.
    • Created Pirex, Dinero's flagship yield-tokenization protocol, designing the zero-to-one smart contract system that later supported $200M+ in assets and institutional adoption.
    • Built Hidden Hand V1, a protocol for permissionless incentivization of governance actions across distributed financial ecosystems, scaling to roughly $5M in peak user assets.
    • Directed public and private protocol audits, acting as the lead technical liaison for security firms and researchers and authoring the majority of remediation code.
    • Represented the organization as the lead technical voice on podcasts and community calls, communicating complex onchain product strategies to the broader ecosystem.

Conclave, Inc.

  • Founder & Software Engineer

    Aug 2019 - Dec 2021
    • Developed a Go-based backend for a passwordless social application and Celoist, an autonomous governance vote delegation protocol selected as a top-18 finalist in Celo Camp, an accelerator.
    • Operated and maintained validator infrastructure for the Celo and Cosmos blockchains, with a focus on uptime, resilience, and operational security.
    • Co-developed a Celo blockchain improvement proposal (CIP-10) which included an early proof-of-concept for facilitating smart contract-based signing on behalf of user accounts.

  • Research Fellow

    Feb 2019 - Jul 2019
    • Researched developer blockchain tooling and prototyped a blockchain node SaaS product intended to reduce the operational burden of building on emerging blockchain networks.
    • Open-sourced research project code, and authored a three-part blog series on node infrastructure bottlenecks and tooling needs for blockchain developers.

Backbone Labs, Inc.

  • Co-Founder & CEO

    Jun 2015 - Jan 2018
    • Founded a venture-backed hardware/software startup focused on posture correction and co-led product development from prototype through manufacturing readiness.
    • Co-led a team of 5 towards the development and productization of an IoT wearable device and companion Android and iOS application for real-time posture analysis.
    • Generated $467K in Kickstarter pre-orders, joined the HAX accelerator, and collaborated with the University of California, San Francisco on a posture awareness and education program.
